How do you come up with these images?

Most artworks have a strong connection to individual projects from our studio. For these projects we often develop generative tools (we sometimes call them 'graphical systems' or 'instruments') which we continue to use and freely produce images.

Check out the description of each artwork where we link to the associated project page on our website.

What kind of printing process is used?

We use fine-art pigment printing (sometimes called Giclée printing), which is a high quality inkjet printing process with archival pigment inks on rag paper.

What Paper is used?

All artwork is printed on high-quality archival paper 'Hahnemühle Bamboo' (290 gsm). The paper meets the most exacting requirements in terms of age resistance, offers museum quality and guarantees extraordinary print results with impressive reproduction of colour, detail and very deep black. For prints larger than 110cm we're using 'Hahnemühle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth' (305 gsm). Each print comes with a ~1 cm white border for handling and mounting the print. Please handle the artwork with extreme care and avoid touching its printed surface.

Are the Artworks Signed and Numbered?

All Artwork is marked with official Process stamps and signed by the Artist(s). If the print is produced as a limited edition, the artwork is additionally numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
